Spring into May: Key Sports Events for This Week and Beyond

Another busy week of sports awaits the Rams as they enter the start of May.

First, on Monday, May 1, girls (away) and boys (home) JV soccer take on Potomac Falls at 5:45 PM. Then, at 6:30 PM, varsity softball plays against Centreville on the road. Lastly, at 7:15 PM, girls (away) and boys (home) varsity soccer match up against Potomac Falls at 7:15 PM.

Next, on Tuesday, May 2, JV (home) and varsity (away) softball take on Westfield at 6:30 PM. Also at 6:30 PM, JV baseball plays Westfield at home as varsity baseball plays the Bulldogs on the road.

At 4:00 PM on Wednesday, May 3, girls JV lacrosse goes up against Trinity Christian School at Arrowhead Park. Then, at 5:00 PM, co-ed track competes at Robinson.

After a one-day Robinson sports hiatus, the Rams return to action on Friday, May 5. At 6:30 PM, JV (home) softball, varsity (away) softball, JV (home) baseball, and varsity (away) baseball play against Oakton. At 7:15 PM, boys varsity lacrosse competes in the first round of the conference tournament.

Finally, on Saturday, May 6, Robinson crew competes in the Virginia Scholastic Rowing Championship, which is set to begin at 8:00 AM. Later, at 4:00 PM, co-ed varsity outdoor track competes at South Lakes.
