Blueberry Lemonade
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of blueberries
- ¾ cups of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ½ cups of granulated sugar
Instructions:
Step 1- To make the blueberry syrup, combine the sugar and 1 cup of water into a medium saucepan and warm on medium heat, stirring constantly until the sugar has dissolved. Stir in the blueberries and bring to a boil; then reduce the heat and simmer until the blueberries have broken down, should be about 3-4 minutes.
Step 2- Now strain blueberry mixture through a cheesecloth or a fine sieve; then let it cool.
Step 3- In a large pitcher, whist together the blueberry syrup, lemon juice and 5 cups of water. Place in the refrigerator until chilled.
Step 4- Can serve over ice and fresh blueberries, if desired.

Lavender Lemonade
Ingredients:
- 6 cups of water, divided
- 1 cup of granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons of dried lavender
- ¾ cups of fresh lemon juice
Instructions:
Step 1- To begin, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Remove from heat and pour over sugar until it is fully dissolved.
Step 2- Next comes the lavender; stir in dried lavender buds and let it sit for about an hour. (or up to 2 hours, just for a stronger taste if you prefer.)
Step 3- Now combine lemon juice and the lavender syrup into a pitcher.
Step 4- Add the remaining four cups of water and stir well.
*optional add some fresh mint and let it sit overnight for best results.
Step 5- Lastly be creative, add some garnish of lemon slices, lavender, and mint.
Now you have a delightful freshly made pitcher of Lavender Lemonade made by you!
