Monthly Munchies: November
Alfredo Sauce
Ingredients:
- ½ cup of butter
- 1 ½ cups of heavy whipping cream
- 2 teaspoons of garlic minced
- ½ teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- ¼ teaspoon of pepper
- 2 cups of freshly grated parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Step 1- Take out a large skillet and add the butter and cream.
Step 2- Then simmer over low heat for 2 minutes.
Step 3- Whisk in the garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper for one minute.
Step 4- Next wait in the parmesan cheese until melted.
Step 5- Serve on pasta immediately.
