An Exciting Week for the Rams: Sept. 26 and Beyond

Robinson fall sports continue to get deeper into the season this week, with an action-packed athletic schedule starting this Tuesday.

On Tuesday, Sept. 26, Robinson golf competes in the varsity district tournament, to start at 10:00 AM at Twin Lakes Golf Course. Later, at 5:00 PM, girls and boys varsity cross country compete in a meet at Franconia. Also at 5:00 PM, girls freshman volleyball goes up against Fairfax on the road, followed by JV’s 6:00 PM match and varsity’s 7:15 PM match.

Then, on Wednesday, golf’s varsity district tournament continues, once again to take place at 10:00 AM at Twin Lakes. At 5:30 PM and 7:15 PM respectively, freshman and JV football take on Hayfield on the road. At 6:15 PM, JV field hockey goes up against Fairfax at home, followed by varsity’s 7:30 PM game.

Next, on Thursday, varsity football plays against Hayfield at home, starting at the usual 7:00 PM. Once again, it’s important to note that this week’s home varsity football game has been moved up to Thursday.

Finally, on Saturday, Sept. 30 (There are no official Robinson athletic events set to take place on Friday.), boys varsity cross country is scheduled to compete in a meet at the Plains, starting at 9:30 AM.
